April showers bring May Developments... or however that saying goes. Head over to visit Elara to adopt our newest litters... They will swim their way right into your hearts.

As for updates buckle up!
Keeper Sonas have been released! Create yours and head over to "Sona Share". Can't wait to see your keepers! There are several more hair styles, facial features and a few default clothing items I want to add before I call this initial bit done but I did want to get it out to y'all to test. Expect items to trickle in every day or so for these.
--- To be completed Hair: Straight Lob, Straight Updo, Straight Long, Curly Long, 3 very short hair styles, cornrows (short + Long w/ braids)
--- Feel free to suggest items/genetics, I do have a ton planned but if I see something repeated a bunch I'll prioritize it :D

--- With the Profile page update the Feeding screen has been fixed you can now fed multiple items to your companions without needing to click a million times.

--- Daily Lore - Everyday this will rotate with a new fun fact about Krimour, its residents or creatures.
--- Mud Ball - Scoreboard is now monthly and will showcase last months winners! Our top three on each leaderboard will receive gold and other prizes. The first place in each leader board will receive the "Mud Slinger" or "Mud Lover" badges.

Our first contest comes to a close tonight at roll over. Enter for a chance to win 250 gold 🪙. All entries will receive 50 gold for entering.

Sonas are still a work in progress. The goal is to have the beta version out may 1st. There will be a handful of customization items focused on the sona heads. So facial features and hair. To give a bit of variety. We will take suggestions for items you want to see. Just post them on the suggestions thread.

As for clothing. Expect 2-3 options with 2-3 color variations. The intention is to have clothing be dyable though so you may be able to utilize some of the existing dyes to customize your sona further.

Planned updates for May:
- Mud Ball will be A monthly scoreboard instead of a daily. There will be a gold prize 🪎 plus a random assortment of items for the muddiest resident and top slinger. First time winners will receive a badge.
- Badges System will be implemented
- Forest Explore Map will be unlocked - you will find less food items but get more resources/items
- Forum Updates (indicator for unread posts, polling system)
- Archive/Codex

I have been terrible at keeping this front page up to date!

Recent developments:
Added mud ball for some friendly competition. Yeah mud ball. Over here in Krimour we throw mud at each other and we like it. Our muckpucks get involved too. There may be prizes but there is more importantly bragging rights.

The forum is currently getting some quality of life improvements.little things like who edited a post last, deleting posts, making sure they show up in the correct order which also somehow meant I broke user timezones but only in the fourm. So sorry friends. I will figure that out 😅

Fixed the dress up feature so you can now add AND save your pet with multiple items wooohooo!

New items were added to the forage page this week. My unofficial goal is to add 3-ish items a week because... Life man. I have a lot of it. Darn real life responsibilities.

Anyway it's midnight and this Keeper needs to go to bed. If you read this far you're a real one ✨

As Beta Testing Week One draws to a close...



Development Updates in this week:
- Fixed bug where pet images were not displaying properly.
- Fixed bug with pet growth not functioning properly.
- Added all users page
- Added a notification system
- Added "quote" and @ functionality to the forum
- Added my posts and post history pages
- Fixed the Delivery system
- Fixed bug with messages not going into the inbox/outbox folder.
- Fixed bug where you could not view other peoples homesteads.
- Fixed bug preventing friend requests
- Pets received logic updates in preparation for foraging feature. This should not impact current gameplay
- Trading system received an update.

Welcome Beta Testers!

A quick note before you create an account and log in for the first time. This is a beta test. Things will change. There will be bugs, a page or button may not work and occasionally (frequently) stuff will break. This is why your feedback is very important!

When you find a bug please screenshot the issue and drop it into the bugs and suggestions thread in the forum with steps to replicate. I also want the user experience to get better as the site develops. If you have any suggestions for the forum, the features, events, items, pets, etc. I am very open to consider adding them to the world.

The entire website is custom built. The forum may not behave in a way you are familiar with when it comes to the bb code. This is also something I am developing and is subject to change and evolve as the site develops though your feedback.

I am very grateful for your interest in Krimour and I can't wait to share more of this magical world with you all. Lore will be released gradually, though events, NPC interactions and maybe while you are out exploring with your companions.

Very first dev log! Currently toggling between art and coding. Krimour is set to launch Beta the first week of march.

Basic Core features are implemented
-Added ability to adopt pets. Pets may have various outcomes and will grow over the course of a month.
-Pets have profiles. Dress them up and tell their story.
-Added ability to dress up pets
-Add up to three pets to your profile. These can be any pets you currently own. They will have stats and you will now have to take care of them! Build a bond with you Keepers Companions!
-Added ability to trade pets. Known bug where you can't switch to a new page and keep the pets from the previous selected.
-Added ability to send extra pets to the "Oasis" Essentially a pound. This allows other users to adopt them.
-Added Oasis cooldown period
-Custom built forums are functional.

Planned Features
- Rotating Lore snippet on homepage
- Rotating Featured art highlight on homepage
- User Characters Pending. Ability to dress up and write bio for OC's who reside in Krimour.
- Shop/Bazaar - Basic items + Rotating inventory of random/limited time items
